Service Description

Experience a warm room, a series of held poses to allow your body to stretch and realign, followed by a resting guided meditation- the perfect 'pre-sleep' ritual (you can even come in your PJ's!)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel and receive a refund (-3% fees) up to 12 hours before the class. Anything later than this, is non refundable or transferable. Please contact elaine@elainedenton.com if circumstances are outside of your control.
