I work online and use zoom or google video; this is to allow for your convenience and comfort, to allow you to open up about the experiences that have lead to core beliefs you currently have about yourself; to look at how we can work towards changing the thoughts and feelings (nervous system response) in a way and at a pace that feels right for you. This is likely to include:

  • Exploring the experiences that have lead to a lack of self worth, trust and belief

  • Helping you to understand, heal from and reframe experiences to create a new 'safer' outlook to you and your life

  • Understanding the different 'protector parts' of you that are operating in your life or in certain situations and help you to become less guarded 

  • Allow the 'vulnerable parts' of you to be seen and heard in a safe space so you can explore being more 'you' in your life 

  • Practising change in small doses, and slowly over time 

  • Building awareness and skills by practising change in small doses, and slowly over time

  • Navigating and overcoming challenging thoughts and feelings that come with change 

  • Creating new belief systems that align to self love​

 

Clients often comment on the 'subliminal' effect that working with me offers- that the changes are so small, subtle and effective over time that there's an often sudden realisation that they are thinking, feeling and behaving differently, which leaves them feeling more resilient, content and peaceful along the journey to self actualisation- being the 'best' self they can be, whilst understanding that this isn't about perfection.

Location: All session are held on zoom video (good stable internet connection required) or by telephone (good, stable signal needed). For either you will need privacy and space where you can talk openly without being disturbed. I am based in the UK, and can only work therapeutically with clients around the world (for US or Canadian clients I can only offer life coaching)  

 

Availability and fees: My practice hours are Mon- Thurs and I offer some evening appointments within these times. I offer a free initial consultation and assessment chat,

and each session is £75, which can be paid via a convenient and secure payment link

Frequency of sessions: Each session is 50 minutes and held every week or fortnightly- we will discuss this in more detail within the initial chat. 

Therapy session plan: After the initial consultation and assessment, i will formulate a session plan, that usually starts with a minimum of 8 sessions. As the journey is often unfolding over time, it's important for it to remain open ended, to give you the space and time you need. The sessions are reviewed weekly and more formally every 4 weeks, at which we will discuss continuation to ensure your needs are met.
