It's time to Revive & Thrive!

Formerly known as 'The Yoga Social', this amazing day will take you on a journey of self discovery, help you find your tribe, and be completely, unapologetically YOU.

In this transformational mindfulness retreat, You can expect space for healing, fun and freedom and like minded people to help you feel 'at home'. We will revive mind, body and soul after the winter months, before we finish the day thriving in our most vibrant feminine energy.

Your host Elaine will guide you through mindful and healing practices of meditation, gentle breathwork, yoga, journaling and free dance movement, connecting with your playful 'inner child' energy, before awakening your empowered 'soul self'.

Set in the Leicestershire countryside, this energising and empowering day, includes:

10:30- WELCOME GATHERING 10:45- 'INNER CHILD HEALING' JOURNALING WORKSHOP 11:30- GENTLE BREATHWORK MEDITATION 12:15- YOGA FLOW SESSION 13:30- VEGAN SOUL FOOD LUNCH (NOURISH ME WILD) +FREE TIME 14:30- 'EMPOWERED SELF' JOURNALING WORKSHOP 15:15- REBIRTH MEDITATION + FLOW RAVE 16:15- GRATITUDE CIRCLE + CLOSE

As you enter the space, you will be given your journal, pen, affirmation card and snacks, and guided to the main hall, where Elaine will talk you through everything you need to know.

This event is suitable for beginners and experienced retreaters alike, and many choose to come alone. 

With plenty of free parking, the venue is easy to access- you'll just need to bring your yoga mat, blanket, a cushion and any yoga props you might already use.

Earlybird tickets are £75, available until 30th April and you can secure your space with a £35 deposit until 21st April!
